All products purchased online from MSE Worldwide, LLC are shipped directly from our warehouse in Fort Worth, TX. Packages are delivered via Federal Express (Fedex). Please note Fedex will not deliver packages to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address as your shipping address. Fedex delivers Monday through Friday. Please see our Shipping Rates section below for all shipping rates. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the orders receipt for all in stock items. For any back-ordered item, you will be notified when to expect shipment. Credit cards will not be charged until items are shipped. Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Any product can be returned for full refund less shipping and handling fees if the product is in the original package and has not been used. Product must be returned within 30 days.
Special orders can be returned, and will have the same policy as stated above plus a 20% restocking fee.
